Our mission to congregations is to promote the fulfillment of the Great Commission.  Several of our services are designed to help meet this goal.

HORIZONS  Magazine

Since its inception, this periodical has been intended to inform congregations of events around the world and to motivate US citizens to focus their energy and resources upon the task of World Evangelism.  Stories and articles written by missionaries serving around the world tell of the impact of the gospel, the cultural challenges they face and the needs of their ministry.  Many articles arewritten with one emphasis: "if we did it, you can do it as well."  For more information concerning this magazine, see HORIZONS or contact either Georgia Sharpe or Reggie Hundley.

MSA Resource Department

Mission Services Association offers several services that are intended to assist congregations and missions groups.  For many years, we have published a Missionary Directory.  We do our best to maintain current records on where individual missionaries serve, as well as the name and address of their Forwarding Agent.  Since our focus is upon the work within the "independent" Christian Churches and Churches of Christ, this information is gathered on a strictly voluntary basis.  While some missionaries do not provide this to us, the majority are more than willing.  To purchase a copy of this directory contact Georgia Sharpe. 

We also produce materials for congregations to use in conjunction with programs of mission emphasis.  Should anyone need commitment cards or bulletin inserts they are available from Georgia Sharpe.  Regretably, we are unable to provide such items as global maps or flags.

Quite often, congregations who support MSA (or are considering this ministry for support) need adisplay promoting our work for a "missions fair."  Those are available on loan bycontacting Cheryl Elliott.
