How do I prevent copies of my messages from being left on the server?

Home Page

Most e-mail programs contain an option to leave copies of e-mail messages on the server. We recommend you leave this option disabled to prevent old e-mail messages from taking up your hosting account's limited disk space, thereby reducing the chance that your account will experience an overage.

To learn how to prevent copies of your messages from being left on the server, select your e-mail program from the list below:

Outlook Express

From the Tools menu, click Accounts.
